## Choose a Report Template

KitaHQ provides ready-made templates to help you get started without building every chart from scratch.

<table>
  <colgroup>
    <col width="185" />

    <col width="528" />
  </colgroup>

  <thead>
    <tr>
      <th>Template</th>
      <th>What It Shows</th>
    </tr>
  </thead>

  <tbody>
    <tr>
      <td>**Blank Report**</td>
      <td>Start from scratch and add your own charts.</td>
    </tr>

    <tr>
      <td>**Candidates Overview**</td>
      <td>Candidates added each week and the total number in your database.</td>
    </tr>

    <tr>
      <td>**Jobs and Time to Fill**</td>

    </tr>

    </tr>

    <tr>

    </tr>

    <tr>
      <td>**Team Leaderboard**</td>
      <td>Individual team activity and contributions during a selected period.</td>
    </tr>

    <tr>
      <td>**Rejections**</td>
      <td>Why applications are archived and which stages they were archived from.</td>
    </tr>

    <tr>
      <td>**Communication**</td>
      <td>Messages by channel, sender, and replies received.</td>
    </tr>
  </tbody>
</table>

Choose the template that best matches what you want to measure, or select **Blank Report** to build your own.

## Set Report Visibility

Before creating your report, choose who can access it:

* **Only You:** Keep the report private and visible only to your account.
* **Everyone in Your Company:** Make the report accessible to other members of your workspace.

You can also share a private report with your company later.

## Build and Customize Your Report

Once your report is created, you can add charts and configure how your recruitment data is displayed.

Start with a blank report for full customization, or use a ready-made template as a starting point for your analysis.

## Track Recruitment Performance

Use reports to monitor hiring trends, identify bottlenecks, and understand recruitment outcomes across your team.

For example, you can track how many candidates enter your pipeline, which sourcing channels generate interviews, how long it takes to fill open positions, and how individual team members contribute to hiring activity.
