## Add Candidates to Your Database

KitaHQ supports multiple ways to add candidates to your database.

* **Upload Resumes:** Click **Add from Resume** to create candidate profiles from uploaded resumes.
* **Sourcing Extension:** Capture candidates directly from LinkedIn and supported job platforms.
* **Career Pages:** Automatically collect applications submitted through your branded career page.
* **Application Links:** Share job application links and capture candidate information directly in KitaHQ.

Once added, candidate information is stored in your database for future recruitment activities.

## Search and Filter Candidates

Use the search bar at the top of the Candidates page to find candidates by name, contact details, role, employer, skills, or education.

You can also combine keywords with search operators such as `AND`, `OR`, and `NOT` to refine your results.

Click **Filters** to narrow down your candidate list using the available criteria.

## View Candidate Profiles

Click a candidate's name to open their profile and access more detailed information.

Depending on the available data, candidate profiles may include:

* **Profile Summary:** An overview of the candidate's background.
* **Work Experience:** Previous positions, employers, and employment history.
* **Education:** Academic qualifications and educational background.
* **Skills:** Relevant skills and qualifications.
* **Documents:** Resumes and other uploaded files.
* **Job Applications:** Jobs associated with the candidate and their application progress.
* **Notes:** Internal feedback, conversations, and recruitment updates.

## Manage Candidates Across Multiple Jobs

A candidate can be associated with multiple job openings without creating a separate profile for each application.

The **Applied Jobs** column shows how many jobs are associated with a candidate, while **Latest Job** and **Stage** show their most recent application and recruitment progress.

Click a candidate's profile to review their job applications and related information.

## Export Candidate Data

Click **Export** in the top-right corner of the Candidates page to export candidate information from your database.

## Navigate Your Candidate List

Your candidate database is organized into pages to make large candidate lists easier to browse.

Use **Previous** and **Next** at the bottom-right corner to navigate between pages. The total number of candidates appears at the bottom-left of the table.

You can also scroll horizontally to view additional columns when the table extends beyond your screen.

## Keep Your Talent Pool Organized

Your candidate database serves as a central place to store and manage talent, including candidates who may be suitable for future openings.

Instead of starting from scratch for every new role, your team can search existing candidate profiles, review previous information, and move relevant candidates into new recruitment workflows.
