Click a candidate’s profile to review their job applications and related information.

Export Candidate Data

Click Export in the top-right corner of the Candidates page to export candidate information from your database. Your candidate database is organized into pages to make large candidate lists easier to browse. Use Previous and Next at the bottom-right corner to navigate between pages. The total number of candidates appears at the bottom-left of the table. You can also scroll horizontally to view additional columns when the table extends beyond your screen.

Keep Your Talent Pool Organized

Your candidate database serves as a central place to store and manage talent, including candidates who may be suitable for future openings. Instead of starting from scratch for every new role, your team can search existing candidate profiles, review previous information, and move relevant candidates into new recruitment workflows.
