Choose What Your Pool Holds

When creating a pool, select one of the following record types:
  • Candidates: Group candidates based on skills, experience, job roles, or future hiring opportunities.
  • Contacts: Organize contacts into dedicated lists for easier relationship management.
  • Clients: Group clients by industry, market, or other relevant criteria.
Each pool holds one record type. Note: The record type cannot be changed after the pool is created.

Set Pool Visibility

Choose who can access your pool when creating it.
  • Only Me: Keep the pool private and visible only to you.
  • Everyone in Your Company: Share the pool with your company so other team members can access it.
You can also share a private pool with your company later.

Search and Filter Pools

Use the search bar to quickly find pools by name. You can also select Candidates, Contacts, or Clients to display pools containing a specific record type, or select All to view every pool. Switch between Only You and Shared with Your Company to find pools based on their visibility.

Organize Your Recruitment Database

Use pools to group related records without losing track of them in your main database. For example, you can create a candidate pool for experienced software engineers, a contact pool for hiring managers, or a client pool for companies in a particular industry. Pools help you maintain organized lists of relevant records, making them easier to revisit and manage as your recruitment needs change.
